Call to Action: Roles and Responsibilities for Assuring Patient Safety
A patient safety manifesto originated out of the Harvard Executive Session on Patient Safety. The Minnesota Alliance for Patient Safety Best Practice Subcommittee modified the manifesto in the belief that it could be a helpful resource for Minnesota health care leaders as they tackle the issue of patient safety.
